Extreme disappointment

I bought this last Xmas and have had nothing but headaches. I spent many hours on the phone with LG tech support and none were able to resolve the issues I had with the setup. I would not recommend LG products to anyone. I am not a disgruntled customer. I telling it like it is and the experience I had with their customer support and Tech support. Lots to be desired. Now I am stuck with this TV.

Since I bought the TV I had nothing but issues. I called tech support a dozen times and spent hours on the phone. Picture quality is good. Issues: Google assistant set up - turn on and off TV - volume not displaying on screen - setting channel favorites - connecting sound bar - LG channels sometimes erratic - remote control doesnt have back light to see which button to use when room is dark..... some of what I can think of right now.

We bought this TV because we wanted to upsize from the 50-inch LG Smart TV we have which is great and we wanted the same level of quality. We had tried another brand of TV but it was cumbersome to use and took what seemed like an eternity to actually turn on. We like the LG TV because it is easy and straightforward to use has a great picture and sound and has the features we like like an easy way to get to the program guide to see what is available to watch. The newer remote design is very nice as well.

very disappointed in the Smart TV part of the tv. the built in Media Player finds my disk but not the media. controls are kludgy. the magic remote is a good idea but my hands shake too much so it is more frustrating than helpful. many of the apps i used on Fire TV do not exist in WebOS ecosystem. TV is good value as i got it on sale but overall not happy with the smarts

I bought this new Smart TV last month and cant get common Apps like FOX NOW FOX SPORTS or ABC on it. I have to hook up an external device to my smart tv to watch them. Completely defeats the purpose of the purchase. Lots of highlights of what apps it offers but no mention of what apps arent available or any way to find out. Great TV for sports but the app I watch most of my sports on isnt available without an external device.

Quality and features are all great. I like that I now have a 120hz screen and the features to optimize gaming is great. The only thing Im missing is Dolby Vision support. My older Hisense tv had this feature and I could definitely tell the difference in watching content with Dolby Vision.

Bought this TV to fit over the mantle in main living room. Get it all situated and love the picture. Had to add a sound bar as our room is a little large for the tv itself to fill with sound. Then I find out that LG is not compatible with Directv Stream. Guess what else. ESPN+ wont work either unless you use another device such as a Roku or Firestick.

Poor quality TV

Im really disappointed in this TV. It worked really good for the first two months and then I started having a lot of problems with the YouTube TV app not loading. This typically happened in the morning. Since there is no reboot feature on this TV I would have to unplug the TV and plug it back in which only worked for a few days. I read you can delete the app and reinstall it which should solve the problem but that didnt work. At the same time my remote started acting really glitchy. I tried pairing my remote again with the TV probably a dozen times but that didnt work. I read if all else fails all you can do is a factory reset. I did that and the TV only worked good for about 3 days and then it started doing the same thing again. YouTube TV app not loading the remote acting really glitchy. I called Best Buy and they sent two of their guys out to look at the TV. They said there are two boards one for the apps and one for the remote. Since they work off of each other they said it makes sense that the remote would not work properly if I was having trouble loading some of the apps. They recommended to replace both boards which they will be doing on 12/29/2022. Hopefully this works because Ive had it with this TV. I also hate the mouse feature on the remote that you cant turn off. You should give people the option of turning that off if they want.

I have had my 65 inch LG. QNED for about a month. Love the picture and colors. Havent really used the sound as we also bought a sound bar. Im not impressed with the remote. We have direct tv and before I connected the direct tv remote to the system the whole tv guide was completely differentchannel selection etc. since connection to the direct tv remote everything is back to normal channel wise but i constantly get a notification of a device connecting to the tv that I have to respond to. Accept decline . Very happy with my purchase price was good at Best Buy on cyber Monday deal. I would buy it again.

Really easy to set up didnt need anything any wires or except for plugging it in but anything else it just automatically set up follow the instructions on that for the remote and that real easy watch TV within an hour with great recommend it to anybody thank you it was really really good TV really enjoy it sounds really good everything else thank you very much bye.
